The Green Motion staff at Edinburgh Waverley were friendly & competent. We got our car quickly and efficiently. (Pick-up location could be described better. Took a few minutes to find.)

I'm a first-time user of Qeeq, and was pleasantly surprised that everything worked out with no issues.

Delighted with the car. Pick up staff and Customer Service staff very helpful when I had to warn them of my delayed arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous of the minutiae of the pickup checks as it was my first attempt to hire a car but they made it simple and reassuring.

Website was straight forward and payment clear.

Customer service was terrible. No apologies given for time waiting on both pick-up and drop-off. They didn't apology for the inconvenience of there being different information on documents. And no apology for missing my ferry. There were four other people in the are with the exact same problem. All British with no passport on them, but told different things.

Upgraded, so yes, car exceeded expectations

The deposit hasn't been returned to my credit card after 3 weeks.
