It was a great experience. We originally booked a compact SUV, but the trunk was too small for our luggage. The staff at the store suggested we switch to a sedan, and we only needed to pay the price difference. They were very helpful.
The rental process is straightforward, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The staff is friendly. However, they didn't have the Nissan SUV I reserved and gave me a 5-seater Kia instead.
Not bad, diesel POLO, 16,000 kilometers, the car is in great condition and very fuel efficient.
Picked up at Garenta airport, returned at the airport, super convenient. The 300 lira deposit was refunded to my account just 3 days after returning to the country.
