It was pouring rain in Milan when I returned the car, and I couldn't see the road clearly. I didn't find a gas station near the airport, so I returned the car with two fuel bars empty, thinking they would just deduct it from the deposit. The car was in good condition otherwise, but why did they charge me €74.58?! Filling up the tank only costs around €50.
The pick-up and drop-off processes were very quick. I was initially worried about potential hassles or pushy sales pitches, but none of that happened. They even upgraded me to a larger, newer car.
