Overall service was good. The waiting time for picking up the car was quite long, and there were upselling attempts for upgraded models and insurance, which I declined. The car was fine and there were no issues during the trip.
The check engine light came on during normal use, and we had to switch cars on the night of June 25th. This severely affected our trip, and we were very dissatisfied. Additionally, when documenting the car's condition, it was recorded with less than a quarter tank of gas. We inquired about the fuel charges, but the inspector did not inform us about the costs, otherwise we would have refueled immediately. Therefore, I am filing a complaint regarding the additional $69 charge.
Just receiving the first car, I found that the car is not filled up, so I asked to them to fill. Then I left the airport then found a strange noise from rear right region. I returned to the airport to ask exchange, which they were willing to accept to a better car.
I satisfied the overall response, but it took too long time.

It is easy to reserve a car however it is not easy to understand the detail of insurance especially to foreigners like me.
I also recommend include the addition of the second driver because it took certain amount of time for me.
Il nous a fallu plus de 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule avec une file d'attente impressionnante. 3 personnes sur 15 guichets. Compliqué quand on passé 12 heures dans un avion. Au guichet on en profite pour vous proposer des services que vous n'avez pas besoin (abonnement péage quand il n'y en a pas aux USA) ou plein du véhicule quand l'essence est facilement accessible. Pour récupérer le véhicule, même chaos, personne pour vous guider pour savoir lequel prendre. Une très mauvaise expérience avec Thrifty.

No fue del todo gentil la persona que me atendio en mostrador, me hubiera gustado que me informara mas sobre el plan para tener acceso a los toll roads que estaban en todo Florida. Nunca supe cuanto me cobraron por gasolina, quisier que llegara una factura a mi correo despues que entregas el vehiculo.
