The agent assisting me turned hostile when I said I didn't want to purchase insurance and insisted I pay a hefty deposit! Additionally, they only disclosed one flaw on the car, but upon inspection, I found over 10 noticeable defects on the car's body!

GOLDCAR is absolutely horrible. They do not honor reservations and types of cars. They demanded insurance even after I refused as I have card coverage. Also, I was given a standard car. Lucky I know how to drive one.
