Arrived early but was not given the car. When the scheduled time arrived, there was no car available. No compensation was offered for the delay, and they didn't inform us that we could extend the return time. They insisted on returning the car at the original scheduled time, causing inconvenience.

I noticed that when a white customer arrived at 2:30 PM and waited for half an hour, the staff apologized. This made me suspect there might be racial discrimination. After returning, I received two management fees that seemed like fines, but I didn't receive any emails about them. I contacted the platform's customer service, but there was no response.

Picked up the car 2 hours late, not satisfied. Staff apologized and reimbursed me for meal expenses. Their attitude was good.

We chose an MVP model considering we had a lot of luggage for four people. When we got to the store, we were given a Ford Focus instead, and switching to an A4 required an extra fee. We had no choice but to pay more. The A4 just barely fit our luggage. The car rental company's service was very good overall; they were very friendly and smiling throughout the process. In the end, we also bought basic insurance without any issues. Returning the car was also very amicable.
