The pickup point was located under Plaza de España in Madrid. This company explains many details clearly when renting a car, including the deposit, additional rental fees, the proportion of damage to the vehicle, and insurance coverage. Later, when we were unfamiliar with the car's functions, the staff was very helpful. Overall, she was enthusiastic and responsible, and didn't push their insurance on us.
