There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

Clean and good service attitude.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company, which is very convenient. There are multiple service counters at the car rental place, and the waiting time is short. The service is enthusiastic.

There were a lot of people, and I had to wait in line for over half an hour. The paperwork was quick, though. Once done, they just send you to pick up the car without giving you anything. I found out by asking that the keys are already in the car!

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
