We lined up for about fifteen minutes, and the processing took less than ten minutes. Picking up the car was very convenient since the parking lot is just a three-minute walk from the store. The staff in the parking lot explained everything patiently. However, the parking lot near TGV was a bit tricky to navigate as the roads were narrow, so new drivers should be extra cautious.

Nous sommes arrivés à la gare TGV à 14h30 et n'avons pas pu retirer notre véhicule avant 16h00 alors qu'il était prêt.

Thankfully Hertz stayed open past midnight at MRS and I was able to pick up my vehicle !
