The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

Pickup and drop-off were convenient. I chose them because of the Alfa Romeo posters but was given a Volkswagen Golf instead. So, if you are aiming for an Alfa Romeo, the chances are very slim. Don’t be misled by the covers featuring Alfa Romeo. If there are two people, a Renault automatic would be very cost-effective. After returning, my credit card was charged 323 euros, and I don’t know what for. Post-rental service is still handling it.
