There was clearly an orange car, but they insisted it was dirty. When I went back to take a photo to prove it was clean, they called security through the intercom to stop me. I was already sitting in the car, and they said I could upgrade and switch cars. If the car was sterile, why switch after I’ve already sat in it and then give it to someone else? That's so irresponsible and sloppy.
The pickup was relatively quick, but the staff's attitude was mediocre. We had to queue up to explain scratches and other concerns, which wasted a lot of time.
Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways. Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
