I originally rented a Nissan Qashqai, but was given a Ford SUV instead, which had plenty of space. The service was enthusiastic, they brought the car promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of all parts. They informed us to refill the fuel and reminded us of some important points without pushing additional insurance. At drop-off, they inspected the car immediately and signed the confirmation slip in a short time.

Avoid! Avoid! I advise everyone not to choose GREEN MOTION just to save a little money. They doubted my credit card and refused to give me a car without any explanation, even though my money was deducted. (Another couple also faced a similar situation due to credit card issues and had a big argument there.) We don't know if they want a specific type of credit card or if they're just trying to keep your prepayment. The app's customer service tried to help appeal but failed. Once the money is with them, you won't get it back—they will always have excuses. Extremely irresponsible! I learned a lesson for 2000 RMB. Renting offline later was more convenient and faster, with much better service. In short, be cautious unless you are absolutely sure your credit card is flawless. Even when I assured them my card worked fine in Istanbul, they still refused to try. So, sometimes it’s not the card but their perception of it. Ended up spending more money and time renting offline. Rent-a-car customer service was good and helped with offline rentals, and the app is fine. You can pick other companies, just avoid GREEN MOTION!

I needed to rent a car for 20 days, but on the second day of use, the car's display indicated a lack of windshield washer fluid, so I had to buy a bottle and refill it. On the third day, the vehicle indicated maintenance was needed in 300 km. Because the display was in Turkish, it seriously affected my usage. The rental company's customer service told me that for diesel cars, it might need AD Blue or engine oil, and I should add it myself. However, they did not inform me beforehand who would cover the cost or what brand of AD Blue and engine oil to use. I found a Shell gas station and asked the staff to check, and they said the message was not for adding AD Blue. This caused a whole day of worry about using the car improperly and potentially damaging it.
