Probably because of the relatively low price, there were a lot of people, and it took almost an hour to get everything sorted.
Most importantly, when I provided my booking reference, they said my reservation number had already been used.
It took a long time to resolve the issue with the staff. I wonder how others would handle this if they're unable to clearly express the issue in English?
QEEQ needs to improve its coordination with overseas car rental companies.
