The store locations are together and easy to find. However, the front desk said we could choose any car, but it turned out there were limitations.

After getting off the plane, I followed the signs directly to the car rental counter to complete the paperwork. Then, I went to the garage with the rental slip, found an attendant, and drove away. The whole process was simple and quick. Returning the car was equally easy: drive to the garage, someone takes the car, checks it, and gives me a receipt.

No waiting, great service

Alamo Car Rental is indeed excellent. Their complimentary shuttle bus is blue.
