The service at the branch was excellent. The procedures were very simple, and all explanations were clear. We ended up with a Jaguar F-Pace with a panoramic sunroof.
Customer service is average; they do not proactively explain the items on the charge list. You need to read carefully and confirm any unclear points with them on the spot.
I have rented from Hertz several times and never encountered any issues. However, you need to add extra insurance when driving across borders. Overall, it's still a great experience and I frequently rent from here!
