Simply input your reservation number, driver's license number, swipe your credit card for the deposit, select 'no' for the other options, and the rental document will be printed out.

Avoid ALAMO, only use If the price is rock bottom and you don't mind shabby service. My booking as indicated by Alamo, clearly showed 'Ford Expedition' or Similar.
Went to collect one of the many Expeditions in the lot, and was told I would need to pay extra to upgrade to the Expedition, despite it being on their paperwork already...
