Excellent service, no complaints. Hardly any waiting for paperwork and car pickup.

Out of habit, I always remain cautious when traveling. I completely ignored the front desk guy's advice to add extra insurance when picking up the car. Later, I realized the rental didn't include insurance for damages caused to other vehicles or people. I got scared thinking about it, so I went back and added third-party liability insurance.

Fairly convenient, but there are too few locations. Previously rented a Mustang, but later had to switch to a Dodge because there wasn't enough room for luggage. Had to go to the airport for the switch, which was a bit inconvenient.

Charged twice multiple times: Paid the full amount on the app when booking, then charged the full amount again by Alamo at the rental location in the US.
