The service attitude is good, but the speed is too slow. The waiting time is at least half an hour! When returning the car, it was confirmed that the tank was full, no need to refuel or pay, but I was still charged $20.89 for refueling without any notification!!!

This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
