The service was satisfactory, efficient, and quick.

The lady at the pickup service was very nice and even upgraded our car for free (mainly because the original car would take time to be ready, and she was kind enough not to make us wait too long). Initially, there was an attempt to sell us insurance, but when we said no, they did not push further.

No Chinese service. They told us there were no cars available and asked us to upgrade for an additional fee. We had originally booked a Ford Edge for four people but were told there were no cars available upon arrival. They didn't even let us check the garage and demanded $530 more to upgrade to a Ford Explorer. Being unfamiliar with the area, we had no choice but to pay. Please, help us get this fee refunded.

Well, overall I'm satisfied, but they persuaded me to buy an extra $200 worth of insurance. The one I originally booked on the website was only around $500, but I ended up paying an additional $300. I should have researched this more beforehand.
