The service was good and the procedures were simple. But at the counter, the staff added an extra $15 per day for insurance. The car was new and had only 1200 miles on it.
We were informed at pickup that we had to confirm the order at the self-service machine. The good thing was that the machine had a Chinese language option. However, for some reason, it would log out halfway through inputting the information, so it took nearly 40 minutes to complete. This was quite frustrating. Everything else was fine, and although the staff couldn't help much, they were very polite.
The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.
