The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.
This was my first time driving in the USA. Initially, I chose an English website but was worried about communication problems, so I switched to QEEQ. The experience was excellent; everything went well, and there was free GPS. The only downside was that QEEQ couldn't assist us with getting a better price when we upgraded the car mid-trip. I hope QEEQ can offer better deals for mid-trip upgrades in the future.
Efficiency was low, and the wait time in line was long.
