Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.

The service at the airport branch was very good. When we arrived, there were many customers lining up to pick up their cars, but the branch had a self-service pickup option. The self-service system had Chinese instructions, guiding us step by step, and we quickly collected our car. It was really convenient, but this branch didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which was fine too. Foreigners think simply; we got the car and set off immediately. Returning the car was even simpler. The staff took a quick look at the car, saw no issues, and immediately said OK, and we headed to the airport!

The return process was very simple, just a few steps away from the airport shuttle. However, there were not many SUV options.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
