Alamo is a well-established company that operates efficiently. They only ask once if you need additional insurance, and if you say no, they won't push it further.
It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color.
She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.
Many machines for self-service and self-pickup. Very satisfied!
