There is no Chinese service. Possibly due to the high demand for rentals during the New Year, the attitude of a few foreigners was terrible; they showed no expression and were very impatient when explaining issues. The car model I booked was unavailable, and I was given a very small car with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
Picked up the car at Melbourne airport. Waited in line for about half an hour. The process was quite simple, but there was no guidance when picking up the car, which was a bit confusing. Had to go back and forth between the parking lot and the store entrance twice.
The promised GLE was replaced with a GLC, and they claimed both cars are in the same class. But in reality, the price difference is huge. Strongly recommend not to trust this car rental company. (There was no option for a GLC among the available models, so I chose a Mercedes-Benz C-Class wagon)
