Terrible experience! I booked a Mercedes C, but they gave me an A. After a heated argument, they provided a GLB. Shortly after driving off, I noticed tire pressure issues (photo as evidence). I had to refill air during the trip. When returning the car, I simply dropped the key off as I was rushing to catch a flight. Later, I received an incident report claiming I lost a tire valve core (this was disproven with video evidence, and the report was deleted). The focus was on the same tire with the pressure issue, alleging there was a 1cm cut. I had no choice but to accept the blame. Absolutely awful.
Rented a car for 2 days at 2800 RMB, but inexplicably got charged over 6000 RMB after exchanging the car! There were damages to the car when I received it, which I had recorded and reported to the store, but I was still charged after swapping the car. I'm not sure if it's because of the damages initially recorded. I've reported this multiple times to the car rental service and am still waiting for a resolution. Overall, the issue remains unresolved. I will provide additional feedback later.
The rental company's service is fairly decent, and the rental and return process is relatively simple. However, they kept recommending additional insurance when I picked up the car, even though I had already purchased full coverage on the QEEQ platform. This was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rental company's pickup and drop-off points are very inconspicuous and difficult to find!
