Previously, including right after arriving in Australia, I rented a car from Europcar. They usually have European cars, and the quality is quite good. I never had any issues before, so I only checked the car body before renting and overlooked the rims. When returning the car, they claimed there were scratches on the rims that I caused. It was obvious that the marks were old damage, as even the tires had no scratches. Trusting them turned out to be a trap. The same thing happened again. The rental checklist only showed four damages, but upon inspection, I found damages on the rims and glass.

Returning the car was very convenient.

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks

Got a better can than I booked which was great. Will use europcar again because of this
