Thanks for your review. According to the authorization procedure, any amount not deducted will be released within at most 2 months after you return the car. When picking up the car, no staff confirmed the car's condition before letting customers drive off. Later, they blamed existing scratches on the customers. Customer service response was extremely slow and inefficient; it has been three months and there's still no resolution. If you rent from this company, be very cautious. Make sure to video record the car from all angles before picking it up to protect yourself.
