The service was very poor, with a lot of upselling for upgrades and extra insurance (even though I stated I had already purchased full coverage, the female Chinese receptionist continued to push insurance). Overall, I will not rent from Hertz again.
The service was inadequate. The car window was broken. I called and they said I could replace the car, but they made me go to two locations. When I got there, they said it couldn't be replaced and finally directed me to the airport location. The Chinese-speaking staff during the car replacement was nice, but the foreign staff had no expression and answered questions unenthusiastically.
I think we got the oldest 7-seater of the Lot. Seats full of stains and after driving a few miles I noticed the brakes could need an overhaul. Didn't mention all of this, because if I did, this would definitely interrupt my Travelschedule. On top of this Hertz charged a Windscreen repair of which I could buy the whole damn Car!
