Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.
I paid in full online, but the store staff informed me that in the LA area, it's mandatory to buy personal insurance or you can't pick up the car. I rented the car for about a month, which cost roughly 700 USD, but they mandated purchasing insurance for over 500 USD. Has anyone else encountered this requirement?
