When we returned to the store for help, they only shirked responsibility and said the rental platform should be accountable. Absolutely disheartening. Trash Hertz knew their cars have rental company logos, attracting thieves, yet did nothing to prevent it. They pushed all the responsibility away when incidents occurred. Don't choose Hertz.

Originally planned for five people, but only three of us ended up coming. Seeing there were only three of us, they gave us a Renault Megane estate. Great for long drives, very confident handling on highways and curves.
