Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. The service was quick, friendly, and trustworthy. They upgraded my manual car reservation to an automatic without any extra charge. I had already paid in full, but the Hertz staff at the store canceled my car because I arrived late, and asked me to pay extra for a more expensive car. When I called QEEQ's Chinese customer service, they said they could not control Hertz and I needed to negotiate myself. I feel that QEEQ offers very low protection for customers, and Hertz is poorly managed with intentional price increases. After I insisted, they admitted I had paid in full and had to reserve the car for me. Even if I didn't pick up the car, it was still mine. Eventually, they provided a car of the same class, which proves they had a car but didn't want to give it to me initially. Their behavior was very malicious.
