The pick-up process was not very smooth. I have rented cars in Los Angeles many times, and I only needed to present my Chinese driver's license. But this time, I was assisted by an older Indian man whose attitude was extremely cold, filled with arrogance and disdain. He insisted we provide a translation of the license. Later, we switched to a white service agent, and we didn't need any of that—just signed and took the car. The mindset of Indian and Pakistani staff really needs to be adjusted.
During the drop-off, they insisted that we write down the mileage, which was never required before.
High service efficiency. However, at some small airports, we had to switch cars and ended up being downgraded. There were upgraded cars available, but they stayed in those cars with air conditioning on instead of giving them to us.
