Not bad. The car pickup process was made very simple and quick by QEEQ's service, and the return was as straightforward as always. One complaint though: the selection of cars at the San Francisco airport location is quite limited.

The service attitude was good, but the car model often differed from the one booked, depending on luck.

Sold an excessive insurance package at the counter without explaining details which I figured out at the drop off. In addition, changed the car model at the pick up lot. I was too tired after a long flight and didn’t want to waste my time complaining about. I will not use this company any more.

It was very easy to rent a car at the airport.
