The attitude was not good, the staff did not understand Chinese at all. When we called to request a shuttle bus, they told us to take another company's shuttle. After finally finding a shuttle bus, we were told to look for their own, but two shuttles from other companies had already come and gone without seeing theirs. In the end, another company's driver let us get on because we weren't fluent in English and were quite worried, but thankfully their office was right next to ours. The staff didn't understand Chinese at all. We rented a manual car but were not used to it initially, which made the staff very angry. She then asked if we knew how to drive and left. I asked if we could pay extra to upgrade to an automatic car, but she refused and left. If your English is not good, think twice before choosing this company.
