Staff were slow.

Very cheap and great service, but a bit far from the terminal.

The pick-up service was quite good. I called to confirm the pick-up location, and a car arrived promptly. At the office, the paperwork was quickly sorted out. However, they initially gave me the wrong key, so I couldn't start the car at first. I thought there was an issue, but then realized it was due to the incorrect key. The inspection was fairly simple, the car was in good condition, clean, and relatively new. Returning the car was smooth as well, with just a quick inspection.

The car was in excellent condition, and the service was very friendly without any attempts to upsell insurance.

Exceptional service will definitely use again
