I have rented cars multiple times and have always been very satisfied.

Long queues, always pushing insurance, GPS, fuel at $5.55 per gallon, etc.! Overall, wasted too much time! The booking confirmation is useless! When I arrived, the booked Nissan was unavailable. On the rental website, a Corolla (similar to the domestic Leiling) was considered equivalent. Since there were no cars left, they said I had to take a Chevy, which was smaller! They said I had to wait or choose the Corolla. Although no extra charge was supposed to apply, I was charged an additional $111.65 for eight days! Complaints were ineffective! They claimed the two car models had different rental rates...

The car rental company wasn't very helpful. When the tire had a leak on the highway, we were stuck for a long time because there was no Chinese-speaking customer service. They didn't offer any constructive suggestions. Finally, I suggested swapping the car at the nearest location, and only then did they agree. Communication was really difficult, but the replacement car was fine.

Exact car ordered was not available but Danny on reception at San Francisco Airport was great and offered similar options at no additional expense The car was fantastic and a joy to drive
