The car model was downgraded, and I ended up with a Hyundai Reina.

The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! Even though the staff had already left, they still asked me to leave the key in the parking lot, which made me go to the garage twice.

Just hand over the printed pickup form to the staff, it's very convenient. The car rental company's parking lot is clearly marked and easy to find. For returning the car, just drive it to the designated parking lot and you can leave. I booked an economy car but got a Ford Focus instead. It's bigger but not fuel-efficient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both at drop off and pick up. The car was better than we thought it would be. We would happily use Thrifty again.

We were happy we booked through Easyrentcars. I was a bit nervous at first but was pleasantly surprised. The rates were good and the car was great, better than we thought it would be. We picked the cheapest car on the list so were more than haopy with the car we got. Just a little confusion at pick up as neither the Thrifty staff or myself could find the booking reference number which they needed to complete the booking. All sorted in the end.
