The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! When picking up the car, I realized the model was too small to fit all our luggage. The staff was very friendly and immediately found a GLC for me. The upgrade cost was only $10 per day, which was a great deal.
