Used a self-service machine, no queue. Staff proactively suggested certain fields could be left blank, saving time.

No Chinese translation. The staff were telling lies, and the content they asked you to sign was very different from what they said.

The service at the airport branch was very good. When we arrived, there were many customers lining up to pick up their cars, but the branch had a self-service pickup option. The self-service system had Chinese instructions, guiding us step by step, and we quickly collected our car. It was really convenient, but this branch didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which was fine too. Foreigners think simply; we got the car and set off immediately. Returning the car was even simpler. The staff took a quick look at the car, saw no issues, and immediately said OK, and we headed to the airport!

I have used them many times and while there are no bells and whistles their prices are good and their service is efficient
