Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Pretty good. The service was enthusiastic, the car's condition was good. We rented a RAV but it was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a full-size Apache.
