Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.

Overall good, but the counter staff were unfriendly and tried to upsell insurance.

The service at the airport branch was very good. When we arrived, there were many customers lining up to pick up their cars, but the branch had a self-service pickup option. The self-service system had Chinese instructions, guiding us step by step, and we quickly collected our car. It was really convenient, but this branch didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which was fine too. Foreigners think simply; we got the car and set off immediately. Returning the car was even simpler. The staff took a quick look at the car, saw no issues, and immediately said OK, and we headed to the airport!

After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.
