Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

1. I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead. 2. I specified returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport, but later found that our hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport (in fact, it was in the city center), so I asked if we could return the car in the city center instead. The answer was no. After returning the car at the airport, there was no service to take us back to the hotel.

Salt Lake City Airport wasn't crowded; Alamo had relatively more people, unlike Hertz which had none. Overall, the efficiency was decent—waiting in line and picking up the car took about half an hour.
