It was very convenient to get the shuttle bus at Los Angeles airport. The driver was very polite and helped with the luggage. The rental company operated in an orderly manner. No aggressive insurance upselling encountered.
Convenient shuttle service, the process from registration, payment to car pickup was simple. However, the lack of Chinese service slightly reduced the overall quality.
I noticed that quite a few Chinese people rent cars, so I suggest that Zuzuche recommend Alamo to set up a Chinese service counter or increase Chinese contracts, which would make it perfect.
Very good, no need to queue. You can complete everything on self-service machines and then choose a car in the parking lot. I will rent from ALAMO again next time, great value for money!
