Convenient shuttle service, the process from registration, payment to car pickup was simple. However, the lack of Chinese service slightly reduced the overall quality.
I noticed that quite a few Chinese people rent cars, so I suggest that Zuzuche recommend Alamo to set up a Chinese service counter or increase Chinese contracts, which would make it perfect.
We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.
