It is quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I originally wanted to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but twice I got to the last step and it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The response of the self-service machine was also quite slow, and the information required was a lot and mixed. I encountered a female staff at the counter, her attitude was very bad, she seemed to be Mexican. But another African American guy had a good attitude. The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.
This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!
The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
