We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

Our flight arrived on time and we had a very small wait for the transport bus at LAX to take us to the rental area. We were processed quickly and given our choice of cars which is one of the main reasons we have chosen Alamo for our past few trips. Everything was explained well and we were on our way within a few minutes.

Booking was straight forward and easy. The price didn't change and to be honest I didn't bother comparing so don't know if that worked. Simple to use.
