The number of airport shuttles is relatively fewer compared to other companies, but everything else is great. The self-service kiosk for picking up the car is very convenient.
The store is big. The car I reserved (similar to RAV4) was unavailable, and the front desk offered me a Kia. I reluctantly agreed, but later in the parking lot, an employee informed me that I could choose any SUV. I picked a GMC, which consumed more fuel. The return process was seamless despite my concern; they just checked the fuel gauge, and I was done in under 5 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off process was very straightforward. I am not sure if there will be any charges.
