Overall satisfied. One day, the car key got locked inside the car. The rental store staff said they didn't have a spare key and advised me to call and pay 130 on my own.
We had to wait in line for almost an hour. The Avis employee added road assistance insurance and a tank of gas without informing us. We made her remove the road assistance from the bill. She then added an extra charge of seventy to eighty dollars for automatic tolls (like ETC). Even though we understand English, we had to ask her to remove that too, and she looked very unhappy!! We originally booked a Citroën but were given a two-door, gas-guzzling American red car instead, which was really unfair!!!

Great app. Was a little concerned due to some reviews, but contacted them and they were so kind and solved my doubts. Definitely would make a rental through the app again!
