The reserved car model was unavailable, and Europcar downgraded us to a different car. Communication with customer service was futile. We waited nearly two hours with hungry children. It's unclear if it was discrimination against Chinese people or just poor service from the rental company. The experience was extremely disappointing!

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

Returning the car was very convenient.

Ended up in a different car. I have always used my debit card as I do not own a credit card but was told at pick up that is not allowed with this booking as I hired a premium car. This information should have been passed on at time of booking. I then ended up with A choice of 2 cars since everything else was booked out. A camry or Renault, I asked what was a Renault and was told its a nice sedan. I paid for that and was given a Renault koleos, a big SUV not a sedan.

Easy process just need more information on deposits and security bonds
