On the car: the touch screen/media center was not very responsive and possibly broken in some areas. I was extra charged for fuel and time, which I disputed, but QREQ service staff made sure it was settled.

I am very impressed with the QEEQ service staff; the extra costs (from Budget) were investigated and explained by them and eventually settled to my satisfaction.
